outstanding company we bought doors for a kitchen extension 9 years ago for an excellent price very friendly and efficient team the doors have been fantastic on occasion the very hot summers have meant that adjustments were needed to account for the expansion with the temperatures the team always came without hesitation and without cost first class service and first class company

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service and work carried out for the install of our 5M 35mm cortizo sliding doors 1st Fold have been wonderfully accommodating as there was a need to push the installation date back due to on site delays The doors are finally in and fitted and we couldn t be happier with the amazing panoramic view they provide into the garden

We installed our bi-fold doors 15 years ago and they ve been brilliant Last week we had a problem with a handle Daniel delivered a new handle personally the next day and was extremely helpful He obviously takes great pride in his work What an amazing service I wish there were more companies like them out there

Danny and his team turned around some lovely triple panel doors and a fixed pane for us in record time We needed them quickly to finish a build and they didn t disappoint - totally delivered the goods

The locking mechanism on the bifold patio doors of the house I d just moved into was condemned by two local locksmiths and I was told that I would need to replace the whole door at considerable expense The previous owners told me that 1stfoldingsliding doors had installed the doors Jenny who I spoke to in the office was incredibly helpful and the engineer who came on the day was pleasant and efficient He was able to replace the lock and sort out the crooked door that caused the problem in the first place Great service all round-many thanks

Great after sale service

The handle on our bifold patio doors was coming loose a year after fitting I contacted 1stfoldingsliding doors about the issue and Jenny from the service team was very responsive She arranged an engineer to come round a few weeks later who was very polite and fixed the door handle with ease Very pleased with the response from the team many thanks
