Awesome program
I d become quite sedentary over the past few years and this program has helped build my confidence and completely changed my outlook on exercise The workouts are easy to follow but also have the right level of challenge as the program progresses - I ve been following it for over 4 weeks and already feeling and seeing a difference in my body The 20mins have become a part of my routine that I look forward to

I have really enjoyed the first 5 weeks
I have really enjoyed the first 5 weeks of 20 minute strength I find the exercises really easy to follow and I ve been seeing my improvement week on week I m looking forward to finishing the 8 weeks and comparing my progress to day 1 I m already planning to go back for round two

Friendly well-planned and great value for money
Firstly Matt and Cy come across as so nice approachable and down-to-earth I like having them in my living room They also clearly know what they re talking about and all the sessions feel very well-planned individually as well as part of the whole programme All the exercises are clearly explained and harder or easier versions are also given which is great Matt and Cy are encouraging and clear and have just the right level of push without being too hyped up I love the fact that each session is only 20 minutes long so it s easy to fit into my day And it s great that there is minimal equipment needed I already had a resistance band and some hand weights so I was good to go I also like that the sessions are focussed specifically on strength training with no cardio impact and there is progression built in The programme is very basic in a good way just doing regular exercises on repeat but with variety The website is easy to use and I like being able to tick off each session as I do it so that I can see my progress I want this to be a long-term part of my lifestyle so a bit of mix-and-match plus repeat-repeat-repeat is the way it goes I can see myself keeping going with this one for a long time Great value for money Thank you Matt and Cy

20 minute strength is brilliant I go away a lot - and when I m away from my routine the last thing I want to do is look for a gym find a good gym pay for the gym get used to the new gym I am a creature of habit With 20 minute strength I can stay in my pyjama and be sure to get a work out in All work outs are easy to follow effective and what I love the most is that they are short - that means that I am not overwhelmed by the idea of having to follow a 45-min workout in my living room before pressing the play button Which means I can stick to the plan Also Matt and Cy are amazing and will talk you through every exercise with a smile on their face - honestly buying this plan was a great investment and I think everybody should get it - you can thank me later

STRENGTH TRAINING IN MY 60s
I was already doing Pilates at home and enjoyed it but realised that in my 60s that I needed to raise my game to preserve muscle and balance However I had also begun Intermittent Fasting and could not imagine working out for an hour in the morning before eating So I was finding it difficult to settle on a workable plan 20MS has worked so well on every level I trust that it has been put together for maximum impact but equally it is not too strenuous to complete before my eating window starts I do not have to leave home and look forward to the stretch and energy boost at the beginning of my day Matt and Cy are great company and explain each exercise very clearly with plenty of encouragement along the way Once I felt relatively confident with the 3 sequences I also wanted to feel I was improving my form the tutorials are invaluable for this The price represents excellent value for money and the one-off payment avoids acquiring yet another monthly outgoing As I move further through the 12 weeks it seems an even smaller price to pay for the increase in confidence energy and tone Everyone is capable of following this course and would be delighted with their progress and improved sense of well-being

Thanks Cy and Matt for creating these sessions
I ve just finished Cy Matt s 20 min strength course and can definitely recommend it I m 54 been struggling with some injuries - and was looking for an online course to help me get back in the swing of exercise and build up some basic strength There is so much available online it can be daunting I love the fact that the you can take each exercise in this programme to YOUR level C M are great at reminding you of this This also means I will definitely be repeating the program again - and will try to complete it quicker than before - and maybe upping the weight difficulty if it goes well 20 25 mins is a achievable amount of time for most people - and doing this regularly means you are going to notice a difference Thanks Cy and Matt for creating the program and being open to questions via email etc Best wishes Russ
