WORST service EVER
WORST service EVER They almost made me miss my flight I emailed them to notify them that I had purchased additional baggage allowance so would need a big car they accused me of not having informed them yet did not apologise for when they saw the email The Co Rep complained repeatedly about trying his best to get me a Driver on his day off and that he was only human and had tries his best He offered to refund my money and asked for bank details bit amount TWO months later and they have not apologised to me nor refunded my 105 They have continuously lied about refunding me the money but still have not done so This is just a Cowboy company ran by dishonest Chinese Nationals

This very dodgy company STILL owes me money from two months ago for a service that they failed to provide They have constantly lied about the refund and have never apologised for not providing the service they charged for When are you refunding my money

Be careful if thinking of using this
Be careful if thinking of using this company I was called the night before and told i needed to pay an additional 50 for my transfer as i booked on line and was quoted a share fee I DID NOT BOOK ONLINE I booked over the phone and she even sent me the recording of our conversation which proves I booked over the phone They were just in the wrong and trying to make more money from me just hours before my flight They also did not confirm pick up or return pick up time date All up very unprofessional and would not use or recommend in the future

Complete service failure and unreponsive customer service
Nature of service failure The 9am pickup was confirmed the evening before We arrived at the pick-up point before the agreed time and after we rang to find out when the driver would arrive that due to traffic he would be a few minutes late The story kept changing then 20 then 35 and finally we were on board at 45 minutes late The rest of the trip was uneventful and the driver competent I have run transport and despatch businesses since 1976 and have extensively used hire cars in my working career The only description of this service that I can give is shamoblic Yes all companies can have a bad day but it what to do when this happens that differentiates good from bad This company refused any discussion on crediting part of the cost as compensation despite repeated promises to look into it over two weeks And even more surprising was that the driver when he arrived 40 minutes late told us that he was doing us a favour but showing up So if you want to go somewhere on time forget this company
