I purchased a jersey e o June and it arrived mid-august I paid for the player quality jersey and what I got is worst than a 1EUR Jersey on Bangkok market fabric is rough For sure after 2 months no one is answering to my several requests for refund even though there is clear rules for refund on their website Anyway I lost my money but I will launch a legal procedure to prevent them to continue their fraud business in France

SMALL SIZES IMPOSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE

Order finally arrived after a long wait and to my youngsters disappointment it was two sizes too small Tried the whole exchange process and even though I was told it wasn t a problem they wouldn t give me a return shipping label or even an address Phone number and address on their website is a fake so don t even bother trying Ended up just giving up do yourself a favour and stay clear of these scammers

I recently received my order of two retro Liverpool Shirts from 365djerseys36 and was sent one in the wrong size I ordered the two in XL but was sent one S I have tried ringing the number given which puts me through to trust pilot and the email address given won t let me send an email to that address It states that s they will exchange and just let them know and they will send out a returns label They also say returns must be done within 30 days as I am a disabled OAP I am getting worried that time is running out for this exchange to be made also if this might be a scam company Please can you advise me as I m at the end of my tether trying to get through to this company thank you for your time

If I could give this Company a -1 I would Please do not buy anything from them they are thieves I purchased a Chelsea top from them in early December asked for a specific name to be printed in the back when the top arrived it had the incorrect name on the back I have emailed on numerous occasions and they advised me that I could return the item but would have to pay the shipping cost this I obviously refused as it states on their website they would provide me with a prepaid paid postage label I have tried to get a refund for the purchase as it is now useless to me suddenly they have stopped responding to my emails I guess they re trying to avoid my messages to so they can tell me I can t get a refund as it s now past 30days How very disappointing

I was placing an order but changed my mind There was an option on the website to cancel and not process the order but it didn t work I contacted them immediately on 29th January to ask for a refund and they informed me that the problem had been escalated and a refund would be issued shortly As yet 16th February nothing has been actioned despite numerous emails back and forth

Disgusting company refuse a refund even though I hadn t received my order after numerous emails it s no going forward just saying my order is ready to ship and has been for the last 3 weeks I ve belive this company too be fake and untrustworthy PLEASE DO NOT order from here because you are just losing money
