Absolutely Fabulous

I ve been buying from 3 fat cats now since Reggie was a kitten and the products are fabulous Reggie is a fussy cat but he absolutely loves these scratchers and they look good too

2nd to none customer service

So I ordered this big blue thing the hideaway a couple of weeks ago and the guys we ve 4 Maine coons love it Unfortunately due to what seems like a manufacturing error of not enough glue on the top bit the cardboard unravelled and these guys being as they are thought that was fun to see if they could unravel more So I emailed the company on Sunday I got a reply a few hours later on Sunday apologising and saying it does look like a manufacturing error and they would get that sorted but in the meantime something needs sorting for our boys So this has just arrived 2 days later and a refund for the difference and also Kim the owner is emailing a local cat rescue to see if they want to do anything with the imperfect one for their rescue babies Honestly and I work in retail so this is saying something this has to be one of the best if not the best customer service I ve hadRocket yondu Loki and wade say thank you very very much

Cannot recommend enough I have three cats and now have three of the chaise as my cats love them The quality of the products is so high they last ages and look amazing in your home Best value for money product by far Delivery was super fast and packaged well five star service all round

Instant replies from seller Delivered in excellent condition with very good packaging I have 10 indoor cats so they need something substantial to scratch Our previous order lasted a good 18 months before they were no longer fit for purpose My cats use them for everything they are in constant use and are the only scratchers that last longer than a couple of weeks Have ordered again and we are so happy My cats couldn t wait to start Plus I can put one in each room because they are a trio pack
