The flowers delivered were much lower quality than the ones pictured It looks like a cheap ugly bouquet Flowers were delivered very very late - 8pm

Avoid this company - much nicer ones in Toronto
Avoid this company I used them to send my friend in Toronto some birthday flowers I live in England and a balloon They did not send the balloon I selected and the one they sent was completely inappropriate and upsetting I told them this and did not get one apology rather they could give me store credit no thanks or a refund for the balloon I ve waited on the refund for a month now and chased them again with no apology or ownership It is sloppy lazy and their lack of customer service skills is embarassing

I order a flowers for my daughter and I pay for one they have that looks very good and she receive a death flowers they sent flowers not close to the ones I ordered DON T TRUST OF THEM I never buy flowers on this company again

DO NOT ORDER
By far the worst experience I honestly wish I read the reviews prior to my purchase I purchased a set of sunflowers followed by an additional birthday bouquet and was in for a nightmare Received a call around 7pm their delivery hours are 9am-8pm in regard to an address issue only to find out that my items were mislabeled incorrectly from the address I had on my order confirmation Once the flowers were received of course the birthday bouquet along with other small items purchased with the order balloons roses etc were missing from the order Customer service you ask Don t bother You ll be explaining the issue you have with your order to several different representatives as they do not have a concrete management team equipped to deal with discrepancies After escalation I was told I ll receive a flower arrangement free of charge despite any accountability or compensation being rewarded After explaining to them that these flowers were for an occasion so receiving flowers after the occasion is counterproductive and that I d like to be compensated h ll breaks loose Email threads longer than a grocery receipt Calling queue s that will take a good portion out of your day to get in touch with someone incompetent customer service poor quality flowers Waste of time and money Save yours

The first time I ordered from them in December month the flowers and gifts were exceptional However when I ordered in May 2024 I was disappointed because the roses weren t fresh and they wanted me to pay more if I wanted a delivery to be at a specific place and time

Mother s Day Bouquet Bait and Switch I ordered flowers for my mom I saw the picture of what got sent and it looked NOTHING like what I ordered There were half the flowers in the bouquet wrapped in some nasty red plastic stuck in the vase Total disappointment and looked very amateurish For almost a 100 I expected better Even grocery store flowers was better than that I wish I read these reviews first I would have never ordered from here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered previously for Valentine s Day which they messed up the complete order After a long back and fourth they provided me with site credit I then come to use the site credit for Mother s Day and they do the same thing again Oh and they deleted they re previous trust pilot reviews which was overwhelmingly a lot

FUNERAL FLOWERS
UPDATE I still have not heard back from the company after leaving phone messages DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY We ordered a funeral spray for our mother s funeral What we received was not as shown in the site Half the flowers were DEAD Brown flowers It was an embarrassment situation for our family They replaced some of the flowers with DAISES I have left voice mail messages and no one returns our call What flower company has voice mail service I want a full refund and I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau I wish I had read the reviews before we ordered

I would never recommend this company
I would never recommend this company I placed an order for a Deluxe Get Well Bouquet for my mother who was recovering from surgery The order was placed on 4 26 for delivery the following day It was 69 99 for the arrangement delivery and other fees I paid around 100 00 USD The arrangement arrived in the late afternoon I asked my mother via FaceTime to see what she had received To my dismay the bouquet was sparse multiple flowers hadn t even bloomed and they sent it in different vase than what was pictured I called them immediately and was told that no one was available to assist with the issue u til the following week and that I should send an email I sent the email that day providing pictures of what I ordered vs what I received When they got back to me the next week they stated that they sometimes send arrangements with flowers that have not bloomed which seems pointless for a next day delivery They offered me 20 off my next order or to resend the same arrangement which I found to be unacceptable I would not be spending another dime with this company so the 20 is useless And sending a new bouquet defeats the purpose as the surprise was already ruined I disputed the charge back in April and still as of now June 26th this company is refusing to refund me Per their reviews on Google many customers have had similar or dissatisfactory encounters with them There was even a response on Google from someone named Rose who works at the company that stated they edit the pictures on their website for aesthetic reasons How is that ok As someone who has order from them previously I would never expect this type of poor quality work and classless attitude towards customers
