They charge day tickets without notification on the app
I ve had the exact same experience as other people where i was charged without notice a day ticket while their service promotes itself as a pay per hour It truly is a scam and will be looking for legal advice since it s clear from reviews that their business practice is purposely measleading and no changes have been made to avoid confusion

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANOTHER APPFrequent problems when they try to submit an automated payment domiciliation to the bank Half of the time it works the other half not and you need to make manual payments Credit cards same problem I see you answered below here that you do offer phone support Where on earth on your website is the phone number I looked high and low When you click contact all you get as option is a contact form Also only answering within 5 days to support requests is not acceptable Also no phone or chat support So we should just not park for 5 days

Worst customer service ever
Reached out to their customer service because I was charged for a parking session that was not initiated by me I had a rental car and had set on the app for the licence plate of that car to be removed automatically after a couple of days which was not done Understandably concerned and frustrated I immediately contacted 4411 s customer service for help in resolving this issue Not only did they fail to assist me with a legitimate issue but they also displayed a shocking level of indifference and apathy towards their customers Little did I know that reaching out to their customer service would be an exercise in futility The representatives I encountered seemed utterly disinterested in my problem and were shockingly unhelpful They demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and a total disregard for resolving my problem Instead of offering a solution or even a hint of sympathy they coldly brushed me off leaving me to deal with the unjust charges on my own What truly astounds me is the sheer audacity of a company that claims to offer a service but fails so spectacularly at basic customer support It is evident that 4411 prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction as they demonstrated zero willingness to rectify a situation that was clearly caused by their flawed system I implore anyone considering using 4411 in Belgium to think twice before entrusting them with your business The complete lack of accountability empathy and assistance is a glaring red flag that should deter anyone from engaging with this company Save yourself the stress frustration and financial loss by avoiding 4411 at all costs There are plenty of other reputable options available that actually value their customers and strive for a satisfactory customer experience Moving to Seety

I was charged for another car
I was charged for a car that I rented months ago and for which I deleted the plate from the app directly after renting it I used the option in the app to add a plate for a temporary time which clearly does not work because I was charged long after that I was charged for this other car several times even though this plate had been removed from my user so it s a clear bug in the app and not a mistake on the user end I called customer service to explain twice first time was a more than a month ago and to this day I have not been paid back and now I m not even able to use the app This seems to be a bug that happened to several users and I cannot understand that they haven t fixed it yet Avoid at all cost

4411 Bugs and Poor Customer Service
The customer service provided by 4411 is extremely poor and their app is filled with numerous bugs As a result of these app errors leading to disconnections from the parking service I ve received two fines from the Brussels Police Additionally they have billed me for 8 hours of parking despite my providing evidence to the contrary They continue to insist that their database is correct I am lying I have been proactively contacting you because I find this unfair that I am charged for a service which I haven t used Why would I spend so much time in writing mails and contacting you when I know I have been charged wrongly This experience with your service has left me profoundly disappointed forced me to encourage my entire family to transition to a different parking app It s disgraceful how 4411 deceive and show a lack of empathy towards their clients Shame on you 4411

Parking fine in spite of 4411
I parked at Waagnatie parking in Antwerp I opened 4411 to pay and got a message that the camera had registered my entry Which made me believe everything was fine When I left I got same message I assumed parking was OK To my surprise I got a 44 fine a couple of weeks later It should be more clear from the message when opening 4411 that this parking area is not covered by 4411 and one should go and pay separately for the parking
