When customer service is just as important as getting the right product

We chose 4C Solutions because the owners went the extra mile with us when we asked for a quote Both Jackie and Jason came to the house to introduce themselves and quote for the job They were warm honest friendly and their quote was competitive We had a loft conversion constructed last year 2023 and we wanted the A C unit for this space Before the install Jason did a site visit and liaised with our builder brilliantly During the install Jason and his colleague were punctual professional and completed the job perfectly along side the crew of builders Unfortunately we had a faulty unit and both Jason and Jackie have worked to fix it many times over the last 6 months They have been completely transparent and incredibly honest and today Jason replaced our unit with another Jackie will say that customer service is at the heart of what they do and we can 100 vouch for that
