I had a great experience with Angela Martin and another lady I spoke with over the phone but didn t get a name My situation was rectified in a timely manner

I love the quality and fast turnaround Had a few issues on stuff but they were addressed When I order a multitude of business cards that all shipped at the same time put in one large box so they are not so many small boxes UPS has to bring in All the small boxes could be put in one large box Would save on shipping and only have to do 1 label

Generally great work Pricing could be tweaked to be a little more competitive especially on everyday items like business cards flyers

I have been in printing for 40 years I was given your name by one of my suppliers - I think your customer service is wonderful the people I have talked to could not have been more helpful - your pricing is great and I have yet to receive a product so I cannot comment as of yet - if that is as good as your customer service you have a new client forever

I ve used 4over since 2006 and unfortunately had to start a new account which doesn t have the premium pricing I once had However the pricing STILL far outweighs the competitors and more importantly the process for designing your materials and submitting them to be made is still the best process I ve seen along with the best final end product around

Just had an issue with UPS on a delivery and had to call 4 over Within 2 hours everything was resolved and they are re-running the job Now that s customer service at its best
