The site is down

The site is down I have been trying to login to an account I created many year ago and used it many times but recently it cannot be accessed I have been given 10 days to login otherwise I loose my documents When trying to login I get this message HTTP Status-403 Forbidden

Hopeless Use something else

Hopeless Even more unintuitive than DropBox and that s saying something Last time I tried to use it there s no way to share any files No information about why I can t share files The layout has changed completely Where are the large boxes with the options Now there s just a listing down the left Right mouseclick doesn t do anything Tragic There s no easy customer service email contact Compared to Google Drive it s pathetic Do they test this stuff

I used 4shared to keep my documents safe 4 shared wiped my storage with no comeback You are always told to back up your important stuff and that s what I thought I did What this company has not taken into account is that I have been without a PC for a few months
