I havent get my post JET It should come week aho and i paid extra post delivery it to come faster Where is my packet

I am disgusted with this company They took our money and we never received our goods It has taken 6 weeks of poor communication to get a refund which was minus the delivery fee We never received delivery and they cancelled our order I have now been blocked and ignored Save your self the aggravation and dont bother ordering in the first place

Can t or won t

Created an account and then tried to build a wish list and it failed with an error message every item As a tester I added 4 items to the basket and tried to check out it failed Emailed them and got Hello If you live in the UK we no longer ship to that country I deal with German Italian Netherlands US and Chinese companies all the time but 50Factory failed Waste of time

bad customer service

I ordered a part for my scooter after a month they kept emailing me saying its in the basket then email me stating can t arrange delivery and won t give me a refund and now email me this morning saying dont deliver to the uk do not recommend bad customer services and wont refund me

I have used this site in the past with no issues however recently when I followed a link from an email promotion which I get from 50Factory i found after selecting goods I could not find the link for post to the UK I appears there is no way to order and have postage to the UK anymore which I find quite strange as I receive emails as a previous customer Come on 50Factory whats wrong with us Brits

The fact that you are international company and you do not speak English and do not deliver to the UK is a joke

Big scammers company buy your stuff

Big scammers company buy your stuff somewhere else I ordered a product but the send me the wrong one As polite that i am and as respectful I that am I said you don t have to send another one just send me the price difference because the one I ordered was 10 euro more expensive I made fotos very clear and a whole story and the customer service acting like i am speaking Chinese The don t want send me a product instead of the payment with the same price what was my option also It s very clear what happened and normal you have to send me another product because this is your fault But instead of that the customer service tries to explain how i can pay money to them This is crazy the want your money but if they make a mistake the are doing like there stupid and dont come with solutions so they scam you Verry said company and low educated people with no goal in there lives
