Terrible service
Terrible service I had to change bikes 4 times as they all either broke down or failed After the 4th bike I asked for a refund of some sort to hire another bike from eleswhere but was refused as they had more bikes Wasted sooo days of holiday returning bikes and queuing

Decreasing Level of Customer Service
i live in the island now for more then one year i believe i rented the indian ftr already 4 or 5 times i can see over the past months service provided is getting worse for example despite that i have a profile or at least I should have one every single time i been asked to bring my passport secondly you use to offer the full face helmet now not anymore apparently all broke and no money 7m has no money or doesn t want to invest there any many other bike rental shops around which offer high quality full face helmet which i need to go now every single time and rent a full face helmet because you don t offer the only helmets you have are open face bob helmets and are broken and dirty who wants to ride on the highway with an open face helmet also you give the option of booking a late drop off i paid 20 for a 8pm drop off to then only find out that this is not possible and a glitch in the software apparently that s only possible for the branch in the airport and not the branch i always rent from at marina shopping lastly to note that the attitude of the gentleman working there now show no interest of giving any customer service you could see in his face and body language that he doesn t want to be there and hate his job also break lever is broken and around 3cm or more broke off makes the handle short and doesn t give 100 grip or control should be changed i have to be honest if the bike indian ftr wouldn t be there available for rent it s a beautiful bike to ride quiet frankly only because of the service i wouldn t come back side note the bike had a beautiful saddle bag ideal to store a jacket in case it rains this bag has not been removed so i had to wear a back bag again not ideal

Terribile company
Terribile company They picked me up at the airport as planned took me to their Rent and had to wait 2 hours only to find out that they took me to the wrong place Once arrived at the rigtht place they tried to give me a scooter which was not the one i paid for really old full of scratches and with space only for a helmet when i needed for 2 and paid for it After a discussion they gave me a better scooter Until here it was acceptable Until the last day on the Island When a taxi driver hit the scooter while it was parked and made a lot of damage I immediately called the 7m and told them what happened but they told me that even if i was right and was not my fault they could not take the money for the repair from the taxi driver but they would keep my deposit of 350 I could not do anything obviously since i had a flight in about 12 hours so i just lost my deposit I would highly recommend another rent company
