Excellent service and 5kg lost
Overall I have been very happy with the quality of service and with my decision to hire Bode as my personal trainer and recommend him to anyone who wanted to improve their fitness and have long-term growth in their physical health and goals ConsultationIt began with a consultation to understand my lifestyle and what my goals were I had a recently had shoulder surgery and therefore hadn t exercised properly in eight months I had a goal to lose a certain amount of weight and we discussed whether that was realistic and then what was required to meet that goal and therefore redefined what the goal should be It was a weight goal and a size goal The service is truly realistic as a week after the consultation I had to measure what I had eaten in the week and drank every day to understand fully what changes I would need to make to my lifestyle to meet my goals The outcome of the consultation was an exercise and diet plan document which I could refer to and see how far I have grown Simple changes like increasing my daily steps and maintaining that as well as changing my breakfast foods over the past few months I ve really added to the outcome that I have achieved JourneyWeekly I would receive an exercise plan which was focused on my lower body due to the recovery of the shoulder Slowly and surely weight was added once I built strength up in my shoulder I was never pushed too far and always asked how my pain thresh I was doing the exercises to see what adjustment should be made The weekly plan meant I didn t just rely on the exercises I did with Bode in his sessions but also could be self-sufficient exercising by myself Each of the exercises had a link to a YouTube video of how to do the exercise so that I could guide myself correctly The plans meant I could really see my growth throughout the journey as I would increase repetitions or increase weight over the months NowI have lost 5 kg which matched the realistic plan that Bode drew up for myself I have increased my water intake and daily steps Building life lasting habits as well as a better image for myself I have to commend Bode in always having the right attitude even if there are days many many days where I did not want to exercise myself He is encouraging clear with directions patient and most importantly believes that achieving the ultimate goal is possible He takes the time to make you understand the exercises so that you can replicate them on your own correctly as well as understand the impacted muscles

Highly recommend
The service has been excellent - it would be easy to provide generic advice but everything has been tailored to my goals routine personal circumstances which has been extremely useful I ve had better control of my health and as important a better understanding of my body Both have made it easier to make improvements and maintain them The biggest things I ve learnt are how to improve my form for specific exercises when training and how to find creative solutions to ensure the targeted steps are hit each day without always seeming onerous I also don t believe I have been oversold to - there have been instances where fewer sessions check ins have been suggested based on where I ve been at on my journey which further improves the trust I have I would definitely recommend Bode to others and have done so already He s personable available whenever needed he s made time while on holiday to have check ins for example and has kept me honest since day one

Bode was amazing at helping me start my fitness journey From first connecting with Bode he made me feel comfortable by laying out his plan for me and then executing over the subsequent few weeks through personal training sessions remote support and general advice I completed 10 personal training sessions with Bode and have continued to lean on him Would highly recommend
