Order 8243 I ordered 5L oil which I received promptly BUT I also ordered Jams and honey worth 27 which was not included in the package No answer to the mail support requests on the website chat I finally got one answer that they were out of stock and they will send them when they are back They didn t want to keep me waiting with the oil - which was nice However it s now 5 weeks with no communication whatsoever the chat on the website sometimes works and you get an answer after a couple days but after all you have to run after your stuff which is insane

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have ordered 12 bottles a month ago to be delivered in Mallorca and they never arrived Then they said they will send it to the uk where I live but they never arrived again No one is answering my email and no refund yet TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
