Had a puncture on the way to work Rang them and by the time I was there somebody was already waiting for me at the entrance They took a car away and asked me to wait in their reception room After chatting to very friendly member of the staff for 20 minutes the puncture was repaired and I was off Brilliant Mrs A Ebbutt
