Absolutely terrible
After been told both the awning and extension were in stock for next day delivery and many messages back and forth on eBay I placed and paid for items 24 hours later I got an email saying not available for at least 2 months I completely wasted my time with this company when I could have bought from a more reliable retailer

It appears this company is now trading as Tent Hire Ltd and selling on Ebay as tenthire1 57816 Well be warned I was looking to buy a Sunncamp Swift 75D open front porch awning listed at 144 so added it to my watch list Went back to order it and it was now listed at 2144 hoping I assume that I wouldn t notice I complained to Ebay but the listing is still there so if you re looking for one of these DO NOT ORDER FROM Tenthire on Ebay

I ordered two tyres and wheels for my combi camp trailer tent They were delivered by DHL one tyre and wheel was missing I contacted THD and they were fantastic sending out a replacement within three days DHL were impossible to contact by phone terrible service THD contacted me asking me to sign a claim form to be sent to DHL I did this willingly I rate THD highly and would buy from them again
