I was waiting for a cab at Tesco s at Elmers End today a cab arrived and the driver got out and called what I thought was my name and I said my name to him and he helped to load the shopping into the cab then asked where we were going and when we told him he said you are Clair aren t you and I said no then he phoned the office and they told him that we weren t booked with them so he made us get out and he THREW our shopping out of the boot and we had already that there were eggs in one bag but he just picked it up and threw it on the floor and my mum who was with me is terminally ill and he kept trying to tell us to hurry up and get the shopping out Luckily the cab we ordered from Cannon Cars turned up at that minute and we couldn t have had a nicer driver who helped us with the heavy bags and also brought them right to our door and I will be using Cannon Cars all the time now and recommend them to everybody now and I gave our driver a good tip because he was so helpful unlike your driver and I will never recommend your firm to anybody
