Ordered a product and payment was made which they confirmed I was given an order number After 3 weeks no communication or confirmation I emailed them 3 times to no response I lodged a dispute with my bank to reverse the transaction Their marketing and website looks professional but they do not function as such One month later I still received zero communication I do not expect to hear from them as the messages either go unread or someone there knows they seriously screwed up that they don t have the dignity to reply now
