Poor customer service from the owners
Poor customer service from the owners I purchased a dinning table one of the legs split I called to ask for a refund and managed to speak to the owner He was rude and abburpt and basically told me to sod offPlease try harder and stop selling doff pieces of furniture

I recently had my carpets fitted by Aa
I recently had my carpets fitted by Aa carpets the fitting was horrendous I believe one of the fitters was called faroq he cut my carpet short and put a very un-tidy looking join piece in place The other guy I think was called sha he was absolutely rude and when questioned about the join which was not spoke about he uttered what do you expect this is aa carpets I was in shock be cause I had had mixed feedback on them through people I know I have also been told that the people that work for them are not really fitters and get paid from as little as 40 a day and the top pay is 70 no wonder the job was so terrible I would absolutely advise people to go elsewhere

Brilliant service
Needed 2 ottoman beds for my parents and spoke to the AA team They were able to offer me aNumber of options and delivered the beds within a week exactly as I wanted them Fantastic service helped me at very short notice with beds that were made to order specific to my requirements would highly recommend Product seems of very high quality and hydraulic lift seems to be solid

AA carpets were excellent
AA carpets were excellent Good carpets at reasonable price Fitters are really friendly Had problem with 2 doors in the bedrooms which they took off shaved off to correct size so the carpets fit and then they fitted the door back for a little fee Salam was excellent throughout he made the process simple and stress free and had my carpets fitted within 2 weeks Amir

Genuinely great service
Ordered some carpet and vinyl The fitter arrived as planned and carried out all the work the same day He was very helpful and did a really professional job He took some extra time to fit a couple of awkward areas The owners are genuinely friendly and helpful and offer a great service- he even came at the end of the job to check all the work was carried out I would definitely recommend this shop
