I must admit I was a little apprehensive about this bookseller after I read the reviews because I d already ordered the book My experience was excellent I was not asked for more shipping charges and the book arrived as described in the timeline I was given Maybe I m one of the lucky ones

Had a great experience with these folks several times mainly buying comic books and collectibles Will buy from them again GlassFrogBooks has the best collections if you are into comic books but their shipping is really slow Irish Booksellers have a lot of variety and ship pretty fast

I have bought books from this website a couple times and it has never let me down I always receive them in short time and in great condition for very reasonable prices The process is all very simple and straight forward and I appreciate how up to date their website is constantly refreshing as new copies become available or old ones are sold I think that most of the negative reviews have less to do with Abe Books and more to do with the third parties selling the books so it is always a good idea to take this into consideration

Very pleased with book and service

Despite the no so good previous reviews I took a chance with AbeBooks and had a great experience I asked a question about a book and received a clear answer in a couple of minutes Besides the book was in pretty good shape and it arrived in a week or less a lot before than expected

Nobody ships to Australia anymore

Wow they sent me a very nice used book I have been wanting the book for a while but it was out of print and over one hundred dollars used when I searched for the book about a year ago I was sent a very nice book of a lot less and they sent it very quickly It was a great Christmas present for myself I will buy from them again

anatomy textbook for 2 50 came within 5 days

Nobody ships to Australia anymore I just received my book all the way down under Very happy with my purchase it came quickly only 16 days from order Not sure if this review goes to IrishBooksellers which I thought was in Ireland D turns out they are in the USA Great service both then Cheers

I don t understand why Abebooks has

Found an anatomy textbook that was going to cost 125 used at my campus store same edition and everything for just 2 50 on AbeBooks I had never heard of it before but thought if it fell through it was only 2 50 and the expedited shipping that I would lose which totaled about 8 50 To my surprise it came within 5 business days maybe it was 4 and it is the exact edition I ordered and in pretty good condition too I would definitely use again

I don t understand why Abebooks has negative reviews I have found staff to be extremely helpful and prompt with deliveries etc I would not hesitate to purchase from them again And as a FYI I had a missing book no issues with Abe they were extremely helpful I will continue to purchase 2nd hand books from Abe and advise others to do same From one happy customer Lauren

Fantastic service In these extreme times I must say what great service I recieved It was my first time on this site bought 7 books and all arrived super quick and in great condition I have another 5 saved in my basket for my attention this week would highly recommend very good value for money Again I cant say what great service at these very hard and sad time
