Almost 2weeks after placing the order they decided to cancel my order and wanted me to wait 2-4weeks for the refund They already charged my creditcard and gave no reason why they cancel my order Its an absolute scam Until now they still did not refund my funds

I ordered an item for Express shipping yesterday and was prompted that delivery is today between 8am-12pm - then to my surprised I received an email saying that it s standard delivery and delivery will take 5 days for a printer ink Tapos ako pa sinabihan na mali daw ang pinili kong type of delivery eh palpak ang website nyo Yung sabi ko icancel nlang sabi ng Agent na marerefund sakin yung binayad ko in 3-4 weeks TLAGA BA

One of the worst customer service there is
One of the worst customer service there is been a customer for years now and all of our appliances from 2 of my houses are coming from Abenson but the kind of service given by their customer care is the effin worst I ve only requested for an aircon cleanup but I had to call various people just to get it going there s no proper tracking of customer reports there s no synchronization between Abenson smile serve and even the manufacturer and they ll have you go in circles just to get their service as of everyone s clueless on the that they offer Will start looking for another appliance supplier alternative rather than keep on dealing with this kind of service

I purchased a new Cell Phone
I purchased a new Cell Phone They received the money from my credit card After they took the money they tried to force me into surrendering copies of my Passport and or Driver license or they refused to send the product but kept my money Of course I am not sending some retail shop my valuable Passport or Driver License SO Abenson cancelled my order but told me they will not refund my money right away it will need 3 or more weeks This company may or may not refund who knows But they are weak they are holding money that does not belong to them that is dishonest in every regard IF they wanted passport or driver license information in order to make a purchase using my credit card they should say that UP FRONT Not take someones money THEN ask for the info This smells every-bit like a scam Buyer be VERY weary of any company who does this Now will I ever see my money again Who knows

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - ABENSON FESTIVAL MALL ALABANG
Abenson Festival Mall Alabang s customer service needs attention from the management We ve only used the unit in less than a week after the purchase in full cash as we don t want to be hassled by any fees or constant reachouts BUT we experienced in exchange was DISAPPOINTMENT We ve contacted the branch right after we ve noticed that the unit was not working They assured us an immediate resolution and gave an expected dates but not one of them were fulfilled THEY MADE THE CUSTOMERS ADJUST for their availability The agent stated that the company is having a chistmas party resulting to promises not being fulfilled on the dates given It took the replacement process over a month that it tooks longer to wait than using the unit 4x longer
