My mother-in-law was finding normal kettles too heavy and had taken to filling it from a jug which her being quite frail was a disaster waiting to happen We ordered her this small lightweight kettle and the only downside if you have to look for one is that it takes a while longer to boil That would be the reason it is so light All in all an excellent buy and she is very happy with it

I ordered a walking stick that needed for my holiday With not many days left till I go Emailed the company had a very quick response from Jane who In turn arrange my walking stick to be sent in a timely manner and it certainly did well happy Great customer service Thank you

Fit for purpose

We needed a window opener for my 96 year old mother-in-law to open and shut the window for her cat but could only find litter pickers locally and online until I googled aid to open window for the elderly and got onto the Ability Superstore website The opener is brilliant well made and totally does what was advertised We have given the details to the hospital ward mother-in-law was on as they were interested also

easy loo visits

My wife has just received a new toilet support rail from ability superstore It is a fantastice help to her since she had a fall about six months ago and has been unable to walk since Getting on and off the loo was a great difficulty and she often had to be helped Now she is delighted to be able to go without assistance I fixed it to the wall in about ten minutes making sure it was fitted safely Really pleased too with the prompt service and delivery Price was pretty good as well

Brilliant Service and great item hard to get anywhere else

I wanted an adjustable back rest for my motorhome but had great difficulty getting one to fit as the beds are narrow Found exactly what I wanted at the Ability Superstore and telephoned to make sure they were in stock Customer Service said they would check and call me be and within a few minutes they were back on the phone telling me that it was in stock Brilliant I ordered it online and it was delivered despatched within an hour or so and delivered the next day What more could you ask for thanks so much it fits just right and I will definitely be returning

Just the job

My father-in-law is registered blind severely arthritic and walks with a stick so when it comes to climbing the three steps up to his door he struggles a bit Well no more I found the perfect outdoor handrail grip at Ability Superstore which was easy to fit and is just the job Now he can grip the rail with his right hand and use his stick with his left Perfect It was easy to purchase from Ability Superstore and from placing the order to fitting the rail was less than a week he lives in Lincoln we re in Brum so we couldn t do it the day it arrived Great service

I cannot believe we had such wonderful service Having a crisis with someone who is disabled is always very stressful but Ability Superstore pulled out all the stops and got equipment to us the next day Thank you to all involved

Excellent service and excellent quality at an affordable price

I would highly recommend Ability Superstore in their efficiency in dispatching goods and also the quality of the goods When I had a problem with one item after 12 months a bolt broke I rang up to order another part and a member of staff sent me the part without any charge within a couple of days
