If you have a problem don t expect to speak to someone and get it resolved
We have only ordered once and the order was all wrong You have the option to select the exact portion size you need per meal which we did but none of the meals received are the correct weight We needed 350g and they range from 250g to 450g meaning what originally should have been an easy meal time now means we have to ensure the correct food is given Also because we ordered so much we have no idea if the overall weight is even what we paid for and we could have paid for more than we have received I have left 2 voicemails as noone answers the phone and 3 emails and I received one email back offering another box of food which was never received and since then I have not received a response It s our first order and while our dog is enjoying the food we are considering switching back to another provider whose customer service was exceptional as Able clearly has no value in customer service

Shameful customer service
Shameful customer service We have been regular customers of Able since June 2020 our dog was fed exclusively their raw On the last subscription reminder I have decided to skip the delivery for the month due to no space in the freezer and postponed it for 30 days I made sure to check after I ve done the changes that it was reflected on my account Which it was Imagine my surprise when I received a dispatch email to say that food is arriving the next day I emailed the customer service to advice of the situation and asked them to stop the shipment as it was still in their possession They ignored my plea and handed the parcel to DHL I spend quite a few stressful hours after the delivery trying to find someone who could make use of some of the food so it doesn t go to waste I paid 63 for something that my dog will not benefit from The CS rep basically accused me of making it up because their computer system had no record of the changes so I just made the whole thing up Instead of trying to remedy the situation they cancelled my account DISGUSTING way to treat customer of 14 months Avoid and go elsewhere

Nothing wrong with the food quality but
Nothing wrong with the food quality but customer service and getting hold of them is horrendous Supposed to have had a delivery the week of Xmas Received the confirmation emails they took the money then nothing Emailed three times and left numerous voice messages they say they ll call back asap and still nothing So I ve cancelled my subscription via email and still nothing How was my dog supposed to eat Able I m rejecting todays delivery when it arrives and expect a full refund

Non-existent customer service is not an exaggeration
I ve been using Able now for a while Obviously you only really find out how good a company is when there is a problem The food is great and my doggo loves it Arrives frozen sometimes in individual meal packs However today I have been waiting all day for a delivery with no joy at all from their choice of courier Tried all avenues to contact the courier so decided to call Able direct to see if they could help Apparently they are not taking any calls at the moment All afternoon they have not been taking any calls You just have an option of leaving a voicemail message where they give you no indication of how long it will take them to call you back So now I have an expensive box of not so frozen dog food floating around somewhere with no one to help Better off finding someone with a decent and contactable customer service

What is wrong with these people
What is wrong with these people Great food but terrible customer service They keep sending food and taking money but are not responding to get my subscription cancelled I have a freezer overflowing with food and can t get hold of anybody They don t answer emails or phone calls Don t subscribe to their food order it one box at the time

Best service
OMGThe best service I have experienced so far They say next day delivery and that s how it was Ordered the junior 150gx28 mix pack to test it on our puppy and everything was impeccable all the 150g packed individual and came in a nice box arranged carefully I will definitely order more in the future Thank you Able you are the best and keep up all the good work

Why anyone would feed their dog kibble
Why anyone would feed their dog kibble or tinned food is beyond me as the Able Dog raw food is exceptional quality and our Pomeranian loves it You really should try their food out their customer service is excellent delivery times are speedy and well packaged Please do your dog a favour and change them to a raw diet with Able And no we don t work for them just wanted to review a company that is doing its very best to provide great service and keep Britain s dogs in great food -

Really happy with this food can choose from chunky or non chunky My 6 dogs love the food and I think it looks very fresh Love the packaging as very simplistic and easy to store
