I can t rate this company highly enough I purchased a tap from a retailer and experienced a minor fault with the product Abode contacted me first thing the next day and discussed a number of options and we agreed on a replacement They made every effort to ensure that the exchange process was smooth and hassle free Their customer service is second to none and I can t recommend them enough

Excellent experience with Abode s Customer Service team After 5 years of wear and tear the holder on my sliding shower rail broke - a small but very important part I imagined that I would have to pay to have the whole rail replaced and fitted but my plumber suggested that I contact Abode directly and enquire about a replacement holder only I sent an email yesterday and received a reply this morning from Customer Service agent Steve advising me that it would be possible to order the part by phone A quick call to Lindsey this afternoon and my replacement holder order has been placed Five star customer service

Help with defective tap lever

Just phoned in to get some help with a tap lever Kris knew straight away what the issue was arranged to send out some new plastic bushes and sent through instructions how to fit all on under 5 minutes Not only was this quick Kris was extremely helpful and polite making the whole process a lot easier than I was expecting

Great experience and a wonderful product The tap does filtered and boiling water as well as hot and cold The hug thing for us as a family is having the safety key which we can store out of reach of little hands to be 100 confident of safety I didn t see any other boiling taps in the market that have this feature Abode themselves were very helpful and responsive and the installation engineer was knowledgable and did a great job of making the installation clean and tidy
