This was a very bad experience
This was a very bad experience Will not deal with these people ever again After aloooong wait and a daily tracking of the delivery of two USB racks I finally receive my package It was opened one of the two items is missing I order from Amazon and eBay all the time never an issue First time with aboundinm and this is what happened Additionally the item I did receive is broken They offered to give me a credit of 9 Take your nine and it was horrible doing business with you Never again

I ordered some items in August
I ordered some items in August I only received shipping info a few times letting me know my package was on its way I didn t receive meant shipment updated after I had to track the package from the initial tracking info Earlier this week I tracked the packages again and it said they were still on the way I contacted them and I was told the items were returned by the post office I got no notice the items were even delivered Customer support told me I d have to pay to reship or I would be charged for a refund since the returned items wouldn t go back to the original shipping place I m now stuck in limbo because I m not sure how to resolve this So I have no package and the have my money

Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service Ordered 2 Electric Shears and they were quite high price Order number 35647S29740 and they arrived without any battery or the charger Took a photo and sent it to customer service and their reply was to provide 10 compensation Hello I have 2 electric shears which can not be used without the battery Now these 2 Electric shears are deemed useless as they do not have any battery Stay away from Aboundinm as you can see the response below from customer service - As a gesture of goodwill we propose compensation in the amount of 10 USD Will that be acceptable What will I do with 10 and no battery to use the shears Overall poor customer service and response
