Trying to get to customer service is a

Trying to get to customer service is a nightmare I spoke to four people trying to get a correct address Three was so incompetent I asked for a supervisor then they hung up on me Finally I talked to one that gave me some information not sure if it is right I am going to start only using a company that has customer service representatives that understand your needs and not located in a different company This is not a company I want to do business with This is a Caesar Casino preferred card they need to consider who they do business with

Just got a card

Just got a card Haven t even received my bill and they are calling me all day none stop I have plenty of cards and lines of credit Dropping this immediately Avoid this company if you can Truly harassment If I cared more I d try and file something

6 year cardholder with ULTA

I had the ulta master card for 6 years Noticed some odd minimum interest fees recently My entire balance was paid down this month But somehow a fee was left over and issued If I didn t recheck the app I would have been charged a late fee I feel they changed their usage rules or something Money Hungry Not worth the headache but it is worth taking the hit of closing this credit card

Awful Credit Card System

Awful Credit Card System If I could give zero I would I should not have reapplied I closed my card in 2015 for the same reason First you struggle to log in to your account When you finally access it you try to enter your account information to set up autopay and it won t let you then you manually pay it and it doesn t go through The next thing you know foreign call center agents are relentlessly contacting you for a late payment you re considered delinquent now too I tried to pay it in full to get it over with and the next month I have a 2 interest charge that I never thought I would have because I paid in full right No Now 2 became 40 including late fees and you are delinquent again What a terrible experience with this company Don t get this card the discount is not enough to cover the late fees if you can t log in or pay online You call you wait on the phone forever then talk to foreign agents who have no compassion all giving deep sighs as though they re tired of talking to other unsatisfied customers like me So frustrating I m closing this account as soon as I pay off this ridiculous 2 interest charge again the charges never stop

Do not bank with this bank

Do not bank with this bank Do not open a famous footwear credit card They routinely mailed statements so there was no chance a payment could be made on time Charging multiple late fees Even after I paid the balance and closed my account I continued to receive payment collection notices When I called they said it takes 7-10 business days to process in the meantime it seems like they added new charges even though I ve not purchased anything new and my account is closed More fees Just stay away

This is the worst bank card I ve ever this cannot be a real bank

This is the worst bank card I ve ever dealt with Even making a payment is a hassle they ve messed up my checking account twice by charging an amount different than what I paid When i made a payment of 65 00 they took a full payment of 2 500 out my account Glad my bank notified me and sent it back unpaid after starting to mail payments to them they waited until it was past due then put it through for payment this last one I sent a 100 00 check and someone changed it to 7 000 which I don t owe At this rate I m not paying anything take me to court

What a bunch of thieves Dell transitioned over to Comenity and added several hundred dollars in interest I called Comenity and these people are darn-right thieves They said they couldn t do anything about it Yeah right I will be paying this off immediately and have NOTHING to do with this disgusting trash of a company

Wow Just Wow

These guys bought servicing for Dell Financial whom I was making automatic payments every month on the exact same day time through my bank auto-pay Comenty sent me a bill and when I went to change the auto-pay to the new servicer the bill didn t have the full account number visible so was unable to set it up tried getting on their website to set things up there hit some we re sorry we re having technical issues so I set things down to pick up later - when I have time I never have time Shoot Flash forward to November 1st my autopayment went to Dell OOPS The payment was due 11 1 and TODAY I get a call from Comenty COLLECTIONS department threatening legal action What a freekin joke As soon as the payment gets reconciled I will be closing this account out I have absolutely no intention of doing business with a company this shady

I had fraudulent charges

I had fraudulent charges They did absolutely nothing to assist- not even putting a freeze on my account UNTIL I COULD FIGURE IT OUT I spent a lot of time and money on this which should have been handled by them Don t waste your time on this bank
