New Worcester boiler installed after my very old one broke down Absolutely excellent service Quickly sent an engineer to check safety of the old boiler Admin staff were really helpful and made an effort to get the installation done quickly Competitive price Thoroughly professional work didn t even leave any mess for us to clear up I would happily recommend them

I had an emergency plumbing issue and within a couple of hours plumber Adam came round to assess the possible causes of a leak and to go about fixing them As he was unable to fix one tap as new fittings were needed he sorted out the immediate issue and then sorted out a separate problem with the water tank which might be the cause of the leak Clear advice and solutions offered in a thorough and professional manner Highly recommended

Brilliant service throughout despite heavy schedules we were accommodated The fitters were spot on arriving and carried out the work without fuss in a very tidy manner Also someone came out to check their work Icing on cake was cost very reasonable and i wouldn t hesitate to use again or recommend

From the time I discovered AB Plumbing Heating were the company able to replace my sinkerator I had excellant service from the young lady Samantha she arranged my delivery And continued to be my contact until the delivery and installation It makes a great deal of help when you have someone you trust The work was carried out so efficiently and so far the equipment works well

Five star professional service

We have recently moved to a new property and realised that we required a new boiler and water tank From the moment we met Adam my husband and l were impressed by his professional and helpful approach Adam discussed our options and explained about the Nest system which allows us to control the heating and water remotely from our phones He and his colleague Craig fitted the new system Both were very efficient polite and very clean workmen We also took out a monthly service plan with Adam which is far more reasonably priced than British Gas Adam has office staff who are helpful and efficient which makes it so much nicer to talk to someone than leave a voicemail message I cannot recommend this firm highly enough
