I had an emergency plumbing issue and within a couple of hours plumber Adam came round to assess the possible causes of a leak and to go about fixing them As he was unable to fix one tap as new fittings were needed he sorted out the immediate issue and then sorted out a separate problem with the water tank which might be the cause of the leak Clear advice and solutions offered in a thorough and professional manner Highly recommended

We have recently moved to a new property and realised that we required a new boiler and water tank From the moment we met Adam my husband and l were impressed by his professional and helpful approach Adam discussed our options and explained about the Nest system which allows us to control the heating and water remotely from our phones He and his colleague Craig fitted the new system Both were very efficient polite and very clean workmen We also took out a monthly service plan with Adam which is far more reasonably priced than British Gas Adam has office staff who are helpful and efficient which makes it so much nicer to talk to someone than leave a voicemail message I cannot recommend this firm highly enough
