An evil company that cut off my phone
An evil company that cut off my phone when they sent a replacement phone leaving me without any service in a remote area for days and I have medical issues and was unable to contact medical providers just before my upcoming surgeryThey did this without warning not telling me to get a phone that worked properly would cause several days of being stranded without any phone service at all while waiting for a working phone to arrive The only reason they exist is because the gov t pays them to provide phones for the poor The PUC FCC will do nothing about it Are you stupid as well as evil You cannot fix this it could have been life threatening On the other hand it could have been a good way to have my house burn up completely so i could afford to move out of this horrible stat e that cannot provide me with a phone are too evil to care that you charged them for an enitire year AFTER I cancelled you

lack of customer service and threats
they have nonexistent to very poor customer service for lifeline they kept threatening me if i did not use my phone every week or every month in fact lifeline is a federal service and the rule is once a month in fact the company themselves confirmed it yet they would not respond when i repeatedly asked them to stop doing saying both and continuing to threaten me and now i find that my phone service has expired

The agent muted my call for 20 mins
The agent I spoke with muted the call unexpectedly and continued to mute the call for 20 minutes until he hung up Almost all call centers in other countries are using this tactic because the software cannot tell an active call from a muted call They have no responsibility towards us so we cannot do anything If our phones don t work they have no motivation to fix it I find that generally the women call center representatives are more empathetic but they don t necessarily fix issues

Junk free phone I paid to upgrade and service stopped and no use of phone
I started having issues with making phone calls and found out on the Access Wireless website that I could be the issue with sim card Mind you I upgraded from free junk phone they gave me I paid about 380 for Samsung A50 smartphone so I was not going to buy another phone from Access Wireless for the new area I moved to So I paid roughly 10 to get a new sim card that would work in the new zip code Upon its arrival via mail I followed the instruction to put it into the sim slot and followed the activation prompt Still not getting the phone to work I called customers service They could not figure out why new SIM couldn t be activated They told me I would have to reapply Well that would have been the second time I had to reapply within two years I got fed up with Lifeline in general and relied on GoogleVoice over wifi for a while Now just applied and got approved for Lifeline with Q-Link

Entire gov free cell phone system is horrid
It took them 6 months to process my return After waiting on the phone for 36 minutes they hung up on me They frequently keep you waiting for and hour or more hoping that you hang up The women are much better with customer service but even then the service does not work well My original phone and sim card did not work There is no choice but to wait another hour to speak to someone even when I have a painful flu and need to work early morning My phone is not working I cannot contact employers or my current job to call off

Access wireless charges their customers 14 98 shipped for Sim Card s they can t activate I mean it s been literally over two weeks and two Sim Cards later and we re still getting the complete run around Spoke to multiple reps which stated they ll call back within 72 hours to no avail absolutely Zero Call Backs Seems access wireless is too busy blaming everything but their incompetence as to why they can t get their Sim Card s to work Now to add insult to injury they claim the sim card s I purchased off their site isn t from them What a horrid experience me and my family are having which is totally unacceptable

Very unprofessional co
This Co Allows it s reps to conduct business fraudulently they never inform you of what their doing what they offer nor what the service is about let alone asking what your looking for from a carrier They condon ripping people off I received a phone from them that was loaded with malware on their cell my personal security application Told me this immediately I had insurance wireless it was perfect service customer service is great the policy I had was wonderful universal lifeline unlimited data service the works I only went to access to get a phone immediately because my work was demanded that I had a cell phone I had to work that night so I need a cell phone they said they could be a good deal they didn t they overcharged me for an upgrade that should have been 20 bucks when they charge me for 40 lie to my boyfriend about giving him service they took my information automatically just subscribe me to access which I didn t even want really I thought it was assurance it didn t even give me back my lifeline service or anything left me deadly as a dust had to pay and been paying ever since and because they erased my information or me in my programs that I pay for data they keep giving me some cockamamie crap about why I can t get it and why I should call this in there and everything else I have I ve called everywhere the ACP programmer called the lifetime program I talked to their people nobody will rectify this problem I don t need to be paying I was told I wasn t going to have to they won t correct the problem I m stuck I can t transfer back to insurance which is what I want to do because I don t know what they did but they screwed everything up the phone was a piece of junk that I got it wasn t any better than what I had I was told it was but it was not I can t even get a hold of access to complain or to get anybody to fix or change anything I m at the mercy of them because I require a phone for my job and I need one I can t wait three days which is what it would take to cancel their program and then go over to assurance insurance over there and I feel like I was just totally duped lied to manipulated and just taking advantage of I m not happy I want insurance back I want my insurance lifeline unlimited everything back I don t want to wait 3 4 5 10 days till that one releases my information or my subscription whatever it is that they did I m very aggravated frustrated and come to find us T-Mobile screwed me over a long time ago if I known it was T-Mobile ever transferred don t go to the boots on the side of the sidewalk anywhere in front of the store they are just totally incompetent to represent representation of the company which they don t give a s about their people they just want their commission so give do yourself a favor don t get ripped off very very dissatisfied unhappy customer I ve never been treated so badly in my life and don t get me started by T-Mobile with his T-Mobile is access they re not fooling anybody take heed I really hate getting such a terrible review but you know what I don t have anything good to say about the company Access wireless

Don t Sign Up For Access Wireless Lifeline Services
One thing not to do if you qualify for Lifeline cell phone service is not apply your service request for Access Wireless they give out free crap phones that has a early version of Android 16 GB of space hardly no space down to 9 GB and no micro SD card slot and no device protection and also poor battery life Also there is poor outsourced customer service agents Also if you have a problem such as a missing device even if it ends up in a flooded natural disaster they want you to buy a new device no matter what So where is the Life Line service in that

If You get locked out of your phone Call someone who cares
Ok Well let s start with the Fact that this Company is Definitely NOT people friendly If you don t have your personal Code which the Woman that I got the phone from did Not give me she set my phone up and handed it to me with a box and charger at the Library So I can t contact Access to tell them I am Locked out of my Phone I NEED A PUK CODE Or a New Sim card

They are kinda scamming us This is supposed to be a service for needy people to help with their cell service budget They know there are only limited minutes allotted to the accounts once one uses up those one must purchase top-up packages to keep calling They don t tell their customers that they must enable Wi-Fi calling feature on access wireless system for the feature to be available on customer s cell phones I just went through this process it was very complicated but it worked MAKE SURE YOU ENABLE WI-FI CALLING SO YOU DON T USE UP YOUR MINUTES BEFORE YOUR MONTHS ARE OVER
