AVOID KENSINGTON PART OF ACCO BRANDS AT ALL COSTS
Kensington com is one of a large group of companies under Acco Brands and should be avoided at all costs I would never buy another Kensington product A 180 docking station stopped working after using it for a year I was then promised a replacement under warranty However all I have been told is lies lies and more lies They use delay tactics and purposely obstruct your efforts to receive a replacement Really untrustworthy and speak and write very poor English They are on another planet and do not listen or comprehend what you are saying Apparently they have been experiencing stock issues for over 9 week I have been told that they are facing stock issues numerous times Instead of replacing for an equal or superior product they tried to offer me a lesser product replacement This whole debacle has been severely disruptive to my business and Kensington could not give a damn They are extremely unprofessional and the customer service has been diabolical Honesty and integrity does not exist 64 days after raising the complaint I am being asked to wait another 10-14 working days I know once this time has lapsed that I will have to chase them again only to be told more lies about stock availability or given further excuses DO NOT BUY ANY KENSINGTON PRODUCTS

1 for 1 Trade of Controller
I bought a Switch controller from them The controller eventually had the dreaded drift problem At first when I contacted them about the issue they said that we had to bring the box with the controller for exchange I was like what Who keeps the box Nonetheless they informed me as this was the first exchange they will do so without the box I was told to go down to their office for the exchange I was a little pissed seeing it was all the way in Jurong Nonetheless I went and I was pleasantly surprised that they had already prepared the exchange controller for me There was no wait line and nonsense excuses Well done
