SCAM They wont deliver and avoid giving the money back

I placed the order on March 17 2024 Is November 2024 and I did not receive anything In the conversation with them via email when I asked them for details I was told that they were going to deliver soon At the beginning of October I requested them several times to cancel the order and give me my money back And they replied that I will receive the order soon which did not happen I had to contact the bank Only after the Bank s intervention I managed to recover my money
