Why could it have been 1 star Order placed wrong stuff turned up Why is it a 5 star review It was clear I had someone else s order I initially though I d ordered the wrong stuff but I found the packing sheet with someone else s details on It was a similar but different order same bag different colour and different discs I was about to sit down and go through the sequence of events but when looking for the email with the order details I saw 3 emails The first apologising for the error with a detailed explanation of what they were going to do to fix it The second showing the despatch notification resending the original order as a priority parcel The third showing a partial refund as compensation The only thing I needed to do was to repack the parcel print out a returns label and then drop it off at a Post Office So from the dread of going through a customer service process I found that they had done everything They trusted me to do the right thing and return the parcel they didn t need the parcel back to send the replacement When organisations own their mistakes and immediately go about correcting it why wouldn t you support them in the future I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them Really happy with the purchase and extremely impressed by the way they handled the error Stay safe
