I found a really good deal on a specific kind of glass cylindrical vase online I paid online and sent my husband to pick it up Super easy to do and a great price Liked it so much that I tried to order another one two weeks later The site wouldn t let me order it I called the store and Fernando the manager told me he remembered the order Not only did he remember the vase he actually remembered the item we bought at the same time How could he possibly remember that Anyway he told me that he remembered seeing that he had one more of the vases said he would put it aside for me and that I could have it for the same online price Wow I was so impressed Shockingly great memory and great service

I love Ace They always have what I need They are not so huge that you get tired and lost just looking for a screw driver And I like their loyalty program I have saved a few bucks using that a couple different times

The store in Weston

The store in Weston WI is one of the better stores around I d much rather give them my business than the other big box stores Can sometimes find great deals here on tools and other parts that I can t find quickly at some of the other stores Most of the staff is friendly and helpful The manager here if you get to talking to him is about as friendly and patient as someone can get I would rather pay more for an item here than go to somewhere like Lowe s where the staff is about as unhelpful as you can get Thank you Al and team for keeping this store down to earth and a great place to shop
