Don t buy from Acme tools

Acme tools has been such a disappointment I ordered something from their website and They took my money a week ago Since then I have had 0 info on shipping I called 3 times and even spoke to a supervisor who was just as clueless as all the other customer service employees Yes their customer service is a joke So far I only heard we can try to reach out to the manufacturer we cant issue refund until they confirm we don t know when we can try again tomorrow So far I have received nothing and they refuse to issue a refund so I can order from somewhere else

I experienced the worse job interview by phone ever The interviewer intentionally insulted me multiple times leaving me speechless I seriously didn t know how to respond to the hiring manager s insults I would never apply for a job with this company let alone buy from them

Please avoid buying any tools from them I got a defensive compressor that cost me a lot of money for them not to exchange it It took 3 4 weeks to arrive one part was broken off that was visible and once we finally got the part we turned it on and oil started coming out and stopped working Now I have to pay for repairs because warranty believes it was missing handled

I rarely write reviews so consider this an I TOLD YOU SO should you be enticed to order ANYTHING from this company In my dealings with them they exhibit low to non-existent business ethics I was captivated by the website flash and promise and failed to search for reviews Fortunately with help from my CCard provider I have escaped without financial impact Roll the dice if you like good luck

AcmeToolsOnline is a total scam 5 star fake reviews Site claimed to have 560 of the product in inventory Paid extra for 5 - 7day express shipping Order status remained at order being processed for 5 weeks the email address for customer service gets actively rejected by their server I paid with PayPal who immediately provided an instant refund You have been warned

I wish there were negative stars This has been the worst customer experience ever Our company will never do business with them again and tell other to stay away Never received my order of 800 of tools Acme Tools took my money and never delivered on the products After multiple calls they told me I would need to contact local authorities and call my bank and cancel charges They use FedEx for delivery and they tell me that one package was not delivered and the other was delivered to wrong address and that person who received it has called for package be picked-up Acme Tools still states it is our policy not to get in volved and I should call authorities and my bank I told Acme that FedEx told me To have Acme file a claim and I would get my package or should be reimbursed Acme repeated the earlier statement and this is our company policy and agreement with FedEx have a good day This is after 2weeks waiting on package and making multiple call wasting hours of my day NO DISCOUNT IS WORTH the problems
