The salesman was very nice and answered all of our questions we liked his honesty Our installer was very quiet and did an e caption an exceptional job I loved his accent and ask him where he was from He said he was from England He too was a very nice person we e joyed his company

Josh is a great installer

Josh installed my chair lifts Yes it took two We have a landing and I am too big for a lift that goes around corners He still completed the job in less than 4 hours The finished install is very professional with all connections neatly tucked away Josh was very good at explaining how to operate the lift My only complaint is about the lift not Josh The foot support is too small for my size 14 feet An option to expand would be great

Exceeded Expectations

Very quick to respond to initial inquiry scheduling was easy and convenient their consultant was a great guy and very knowledgeable and installation was quick and easy Installer was great too Our initial install was cancelled but we were thrilled that they were able to come out the very next day New stairlift was installed and ready for use in just a couple hours Quality product has been invaluable to getting in and out of the house split level

My wife and I were well pleased with the Sales Rep Grreg Locks he explained everything and answered all our questions He was excellent Our Installer Kevin Reu was very good he did a good job installing our stairlift He explained everything to us and was very nice We had a very good experience with all Acorn Personnel both in person and on the phone

From the salesman to the installers one in training I felt secure in their knowledge and expertise The installers worked professionally diligently and quietly Afterwards the installer lead man gave me the exact information necessary for my using the ACORN Stairlift properly and safely The Stairlift has been a blessing

We are very pleased with our experiences with both Alex Deal our sales agent and Zuhare Daher our installer Alex was very helpful in helping us decide what would best suit our needs and explained everything we could expect with regard to the installation and use of our lift Zuhare installed our stairlift very efficiently and made sure that we understood the operation of the lift and all safety features included Both of these gentlemen were very personable and patiently answered all our questions and concerns
