Avoid at all costs
I ordered some acoustic panels to go in a new office space I had not heard anything back for a while after ordering and after chasing via email I was told that the factory had closed for their annual 2-week shut down My order was placed on the 4th August and on the 13th I was told that the earliest they could deliver was 27th August I expressed how disappointed I was at the service and still had to chase for a response I was given a fairly generic response and not much of an apology I then chased when it didn t actually arrive on the 27th and was told it would actually be the 28th Again no apology for that further delay or proper response or apology when I expressed how disappointed I was - not even an offer to refund 30 delivery fee which lets be honest takes the mick given the delivery timeframe Avoid at all costs
