Engineer Dropped our TV and broke it
An Engineer came to install SKY in our house and dropped our TV Smashed the screen He did not admit it we asked him to leave our premises The company admitted the issue after formal complaint we have photographic proof of before and after and we are currently waiting over 10 days for a call back regarding a replacement TV with a young family we have zero access to television I advised the company i would put up a review today if they did not get back too me Extremely poor performance from this company

Extremely unprofessional Avoid
Absolutely terrible to deal with never showed up the first day for a sky install got speaking to customer service so unprofessional and zero help anyone ordering broadband through sky is undoubtedly in for a poor experience Made a formal complaint and over a month later still no reply

Broadband Installation
Took a half day from work to wait for technician between 8am and 1pm He never showed up and I didn t get a call to inform me of a no show I called Actavo customer service and was told a manager should have called me to cancel Had to call back again as the manager didn t call me again Got zero help and zero satisfaction and was told the next appointment was 2 weeks away Now I have no Internet and no TV for 2 weeks Such a useless company and even worse customer service Not surprising considering the owner

Suppose to have sky tv installed
Suppose to have sky tv installed the 28 between 8-10am no one arrived suppose to call out the 10th between 8-1am no one arrived suppose to call out the 17th between 1-5pm they arrived at 10am when I asked not to do morning as I had other commitments suppose to call out today the 19th and no one arrived no text no voicemail no missed calls no nothing do yous pay my rent No Do u think I sit in all day and have no other commitments Company is a joke A hole month I m dealing with yous taken the pi s DONT GO WITH SKY AS YOUR PUTTING YOUR TRUST IN THESE GOBSHITES I m left with no internet and 4 days without pay in 1 month Absolute joke

Rude and unprofessional engineers Only half install and then say they don t have time to do the rest Seem to go out of their way to do as much damage to the outside of a house as possible Sky seriously risk their reputation by using these cowboys

Don t let Actavo Engineers onto your property to carry out repair works
An Actavo engineer called at my property last week to fix an unsightly hole in the wall left my the sky engineer during installation and in the process broke my garden gate Sky put me back to actavo when I complained and the same guy who caused the damage eventually rang me to argue with me that he never broke it and he was paying nothing for the damage It cost me 40 for repair and 35 for my time as I had to take time off work for the repair I have went back to sky for them to resolve and am awaiting the outcome Looks like I am not alone and other customers have suffered similar damage by this company to their property Do not this company onto your property They are cowboys Sky need to take notice and sever their connection with these cowboys Karen Bangor

Rude technician absent people skills
An Actavo engineer called on behalf of Sky to upgrade us to Sky Q He said he needed to drill a hole I asked details where how deep leave a hole or the plug in and without any answer he made a dismissive hand gesture and left without explanation Security cameras caught the whole 2-3 minutes he spent here

Terrible after sales service
Terrible after sales service Actavo installed an home EV charger last April The technician installed the Wallbox right next to the main ESB supply However I have been trying to contact Actavo to get a technician back to my home because the main switch keeps triping and its impossible to charge my EV Once these people have been paid they don t want to know
