Don t buy here
I wouldn t give it any star but you can t the worst service ever they don t answer emails or whatsapps I regret not having read the reviews In my case I placed an order around 7am and sent an email and whatsapp of cancellation around 8am time before the business begins to work 9am and they never answered me the next day in the afternoon they sent me an email your order has been sent a disaster And even then they didn t answer my emails and WhatsApp Now I received the item and they want me to pay for the return unbelievable Do not buy here

The worst I ve ever encountered
I deeply regret not checking Trustpilot before placing my order I ordered an item from them on September 24th and still haven t received it I ve reached out multiple times via their WhatsApp contact but they ve been completely unhelpful repeatedly telling me to wait Now they don t even bother replying According to their website I was supposed to receive my order by October 10th The last update on the tracking number was on October 11th and since then there have been no further updates or responses At this stage I m not even sure if I ve been scammed Please avoid this company As others have mentioned it s just a drop-shipping point from China with the worst customer service I ve ever encountered

Terrible to fill the bag
Never heard of drop shipping but 175 euros for a DIY beanbag is ridiculous Despite instructions filling the bag was horror Difficult and the whole house is now polluted with the white foam By the way these negative reviews do not make it to their website either Not fair Stop it

Amazing quality
Amazing quality The product was dispatched literally the next day and the customer service was constantly in the chat clarifying some questions and updating The only problem was with the post but thanks to the friendliness and willingness to help from the customer service it was fixed pretty quick and efficient so we could finally enjoy the chair of a great quality
