Team 15 installed our upgrade of 10 solar panels They were totally professional Went through the workings of both the solar panel system Eddi Set up app on my phone and explained the workings of same The lads were on time friendly and left both our home garden and garage in a clean state Excellent service Once again happy with Activ8 very professional company

Sales rep explained all very well answered our questions immediately and honestly we felt The technical assessment went well all was explained and apart from a minor alteration to the plan all was okay The installation went to plan the installers were polite helpful and again answered any questions we had Overall it is very hard to find anything to criticise Activ8 about the whole process BER survey is due soon not expecting any issues with that and hopefully the Smartmeter will be in soon also

The installers of the solar panels were very professional and friendly They explained everything before they began the installation Mid way through they brought us outside and explained where everything was installed and how to operate the Eddi system inside They were lovely friendly lads also

Professional quick hassle free install of my solar panels The install took half a day so minimal disruption no need to have electricity off for more than a minute either The app to monitor usage is quite addictive and easy to use It helps you plan activity like washing and cooking to better use the electricity you generate
