leave lot to be desired

Customer phone answering poor when i queried the size of article i received abruptly told only one size and send it back if i didn t want it Will certainly think twice before purchasing from you again

Very poor service

As soon as the item was ordered two things happened I recieved a email telling me that my order had been dispatched would be delivered in 5 to 10 days - and my credit card was debited immediately After 12 days when the item had not arrived I sent an email which produced a phone call and then another phone call two days later saying that the item had now been dispatched and would arrive in next two days The delivery company then did the leave a card even though there was someone at home act and so delivery is now re-arranged for tomorrow This will be 16 days after the email telling me I could expect my order in 5 to 10 days The value of the order was 450 and so far I have not recieved the goods

Don t necessarily trust the item despatched email

I ordered a couple of grab rails for my 84-year-old Mum s home on 18th December The ordering process was fine and I included a note that the order was needed by 29th December since I was taking my Mum home the following day and could install the grab rails then Even allowing for the Christmas break this was ample time by reference to the advertised delivery times on 19th December I received an email to the effect that the order had been despatched which was promising However nothing had arrived by the 29th and so my Mum is still without her grab rails When I phoned Active Mobility in the New Year it emerged they had been closed between Christmas and New Year anyway so I d have got nowhere by trying to chase it up then they looked into it and told me the grab rails should have come direct from their supplier and that the item despatched email is generated automatically when the order is placed with their supplier if the supplier is out of stock they should apparently be notified within 2 days but no such notification had come through They phoned the supplier and reported back within half an hour to the effect that they grab rails were indeed out of stock with the supplier and new stock was not expected until 21st January I made clear I was not at all pleased since installing grab rails from whatever source would now involve me in a further 320-mile round trip the item despatched email was in the circumstances a lie I cancelled the order the refund came through very promptly and have been able to source replacements which I ll be installing on 18th January

Good website - shame about the people

I needed to buy a walking stick after an operation on my foot but being the best part of 6 6 the standard ones were too short Searched on-line and was impressed with the site - easy to use follow and order Nice prompt e-mail back saying stick should be with me in a couple of days Couple of days come and go and then another couple of days Give it another day and then phone up to find out what s the situation That s when the people get involved Telephonist OK - could be a bit chirpier first impressions and all that but was disappointed by the sales department A very indifferent and offhand Oh that s out of stock at the moment We re not expecting a delivery untill February Do you want to cancel No apology or anything Not so much as a kiss my bum Perhaps they ve never heard of the old saying People buy people

not what i expected

i have already emailed about the problem with my order but no response i was expecting a grab rail that was all blue but infact the 3 fixing parts are white which looks quite odd i shall be returning item shortly hoping either for a refund or a completely blue item

I went in yesterday

I went in yesterday after TGA the people i brought my scooter from said i should as they sold them and could help us my battery had died and needed conformation of the fault to which they said they would check it but the grumpy older man was not happy about something he was not going to make any money from and said he might have to charge us for his time by his attitude i felt he really was not interested unless he was selling you something what has happen to day with good will had he had a better attitude i would go back but he has put me off

no answer no refund

I have bought a few things for my mum who is permanent in the bed after strock The sling is really good quality but a bit expensive The card holder is good but no card inside I have expected to see the card with big numbers and pictures for older people The magnifine glass is poor its not suitable for older people Mum is strugling to read Also I got a talking clock which is not has clear voice and a bit noisy so my mum does not like it I wanted to refund it but nobody gives me the answer and did not reply to my email at all Next time I will be carefull to buy something from this website Thanks a lot Olha Wawryniuk

took over a week to deliver

inspite of the fact that it was an expensive sling pushed into s plastic bsg for despstch it took ages to be dispatched Compsred with the usual next day delivery it was very poor

Not up to promise

In spite of VAT free condition offered and further mention that the Credit would show at the end of the transaction it did not I declared myself an amputee and I have a Dis-baled Driver card I consider myself duped Colin G Mead
