The sessions and content were well-structured and the exercises and experience were great Both the facilitators Pasquale and Anne-Marie were phenomenal The vibes created within the cohort were great to connect offline with the other participants Overall it was a great experience and I learned a lot

Undertaken some professional coaching with the stated goal of transitioning to a non-executive directorship Had an excellent session which helped me to assess my current skill set explore what I need to effectively serve in the new role and how I could plug my knowledge and skill gaps Very useful introspection which served to reset my new goals

The two-day Finance for non-financial Non Executive Directors NED course was excellently run and covered off pretty much everything that we needed to be aware of in our commitment to our NED positions It covered essential information surrounding our liabilities and how to read and interpret board level financial data and ask the right questions at that level and at the right times Thanks very much I ve very much enjoying working with you guys
