Cannot recommend enough
I ve never had acupuncture before so wasn t sure what to expect but Helen made me feel super comfortable with the whole process I was seeking treatment for paralysing anxiety related to ADHD and I have noticed a massive improvement I am having days now where I feel more balanced and actually productive which was honestly a foreign concept to me before I started treatment I m also starting to experience a better sleeping pattern and my anxiety baseline has massively reduced compared to when I started People in my life have actually commented on the difference in me in the last few weeks To be honest it s helped more than I was expecting Cannot recommend enough
