Do not buy from their online store I made two separate orders days apart at the beginning of March this year Order 1 took 3 weeks to ship then another 6 weeks to arrive Order 2- for the first month I got weekly emails about sorry for the wait we re working on it then they just stopped Requested a refund after I d been waiting 2 months for dispatch luckily they were fairly quick and good about it I am am an avid online shopper and this is by far the worse experience I ve had They shouldn t be allowed to ship to NZ and it sounds like my experience is the norm

Do not buy online - quicker to buy in store
I ordered my item online on 13 10 23 still waiting for it to be delivered 17days later if I had known how bad their online offering is I would have driven to my local store and bought it home and moved on with my life

Do NOT recommend the online store
I ordered on the 1 11 and it is the 15 11 and it still hasn t been dispatched I spent over 600NZD and needed these items for a reason Reviews show that this happens all too often No response to my questions regarding when this will be dispatched Not happy I am feeling like I ve been scammed

Not that Adairs cares but absolutely shocking customer care My order has not arrived there is no tracking details no response to my email enquiries and judging by the other reviews - nothing will be forthcoming either

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE Decided to order 2 items online as I couldn t see the style I wanted from their store It has been 2 weeks now and products are still being processed based on online status Decided to email them but got no answer except a generic THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE reply and that the order will take a while I needed them for the guest room for the guests that stayed last week How disappointing

Misleading
Not sure how a company can send promotional emails stating if we order by 12 Dec we will receive item by Christmas when ordered mine mid nov and they can t get that to me by Christmas It s sitting in a warehouse waiting on toll apparently They are completely misleading as a company and I won t be buying from them online again

Would rate no stars if I could
Would rate no stars if I could Terrible service been 2 and a half weeks and no news on my order tracking has no info when I ordered it said it was being dispatched from an Auckland warehouse but the tracking email says it is coming from Australia No responses to my emails Absolutely shocking experience especially when you are paying an absolute premium for their products Will definitely not be getting anymore of my money - not they they seem to care

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced No communication I had to talk to a chat bot with no outcome Delivery took forever and eventually a tracking no came through but did not work I mean COME ON ADAIRS I receive from China within a week With the money we pay for your product we expect more Will not deal with them again

Two weeks and still not even dispatched They just keep sending emails about oh sorry we have a lot of orders So hire more staff With the prices they charge for average quality made-in-China bog-standard products you d think they could afford to hire a couple of additional warehouse staff Avoid buying online at all costs Completely useless service I should have listened to the reviews

Adairs are NOT passionate about delivering the best service or your goods for that matter to you
The WORST online company ever I d complain about the service except they don t actually have any To put things in perspective - I live a round-trip of a three hour drive to the nearest Adairs store or a main city so online is my go to Two years ago I ordered online for a couple of things for my daughter they never arrived I called to find out what the story was just shy of the 3 month waiting mark and was informed that the items I wanted were no longer available for purchase and then there was completely dead air - except for the sound of the hamster working overtime in the Company representatives head as to what happens next Obviously to me this company had taken money from me without intention to supply and who equally didn t think the courtesy of letting me know that small fact should be extended to me But here s the kicker they eventually emailed a Gift Card as if I would actually want one with this totally clueless customer focused company where it clearly states that I can use it online except I can t And yes I ve tried to call them but you know what - you can t get through And I ve emailed their help desk for well help - I m still waiting for a reply I strongly suspect my gift card will expire before help arrives If you want to shop in store I m sure your experience may be great but online their passion about delivering the best service possible to you our customer is a total tosh
