Unbelievably Terrible Service
I want to start by saying that this has nothing to do with a haircut and is solely on the customer service I received from head office and the receptionist at the Harrods branch This is now the 3rd time that I have been called to rearrange or cancel my appointment because of an error they have made their end Once not great but you can understand things happen Twice slightly annoying that it has repeated itself but a third time is very very frustrating When I was called by the receptionist she told that my appointment was booked in incorrectly by head office and if I wanted to change it I would need to call them back up Now bare in mind she is on the phone to me now and has the rota in front of her but is telling me there is nothing she can will do and that I can no longer come to my appointment She gave me no resolution for today spoke over me every time I tried to speak her tone was very sarcastic and ill mannered she kept pushing me to call head office who already made a mistake and then wouldn t allow me to speak with a manager when asked It is quite obvious that she didn t want me to speak to someone else because she knew her behaviour was so disrespectful hence why she wouldn t pass the phone onto someone else If someone calm and collected was on the phone willing to help me resolve their issue and understood my frustration then I can assure you I wouldn t be writing this review But yet again just under 2 hours before my appointment I was told I could no longer come and I had to deal with someone who really couldn t have cared whether I did or not I had a very pleasant call back from a lovely lady called Yasmeen who tried her utmost to help and apologised profusely for the behaviour of her colleague I really did appreciate this but unfortunately this will not change my decision in never going back to Adams Grooming again When you are spending upwards of 65 per mens cut and then tipping on top you do not expect to be treated the way I was I never write reviews but this just fueled me to do so I will not be returning to Adams grooming again

Went for a director s cut The barber has the grace of an elephant I came out with sever pain on my neck and a mediocre haircut Not worth the price at all

Bad customer service
I wrote a review about a terrible experience that happened to me in this place they actually sent an email asking for my phone number to fix this been two days and no one called and probably will never do which explains why the staff member was extremely rude to me because he knows that he can get away with it I mean if this is the level of the customer service dealing with complaints you can imagine the level of the poor service they have here is my review again I have had the worst experience of my life at ADAM Grooming Atelier Canary Wharf - Jubilee PlaceI explained to the barber exactly what I wanted to do and I even showed pictures he completely ignored what I said and went to a weird haircut of his own that was terrible he completely ruined my hair and when I stopped him to explain how to fix it he was so angry at me and he said you should leave as I have other customers not to mention that he was directing me on how to move my head in a very aggressive way and this is when I asked him to stop because I felt like he could actually hurt me physically and asked the manager to find another barber to fix my hair it was also very rude of him to shouting in Turkish because obviously he was insulting me in his language at the end they made me pay the whole amount 42 pounds and when I made a complaint to the manager about the whole experience and he just said sorry I ll have a word with him defiantly not going back to this horrible place ever again

The worst customer service I have ever experienced
I went in for what was going to be a trial haircut for my wedding in July Because of this and because I hadn t ever had a more premium haircut before I came in really happy and excited Naturally I told the barber the barber about the wedding which I was hoping would get an equally positive response Instead it was thing that led to this haircut being the worst experiences and examples of customer service I have ever encountered One of other barbers overhearing the conversation decided he thought it was appropriate to list to me the reasons why he thought marriage was a terrible idea There was no humour here It was incredibly uncomfortable and argumentative and he wouldn t let it drop He continued to interrupt my haircut and my barber did nothing to discourage it With regards to the haircut itself it wasn t any better than the 15 haircut I usually have The biggest red flag being that they use thinning scissors to thin out my hair A clear lack of technical understanding and not worth the 42 I paid It really was the worst experience I have had in a long time I went from being incredibly excited and happy to wanting to get out of there and get my money back I will never go back to ADAM Atelier and am doing my upmost to warn all my friends of the experience

BEWARE
BEWARE Firstly they charge 25 for a simple haircut in Brentford The lady said the card machine doesnt work so i will have to get cash I dont carry cash or wallet these days so i searched in my car and was able to find 20 I gave her 20 and said i dont have the remaining 5 The card machine then mysteriously started to work and she charged me 5 on card and 20 in cash For that kind of money atleast have the courtesy to charge via card and pay the damn taxes like everyone does So stay away or if you go insist on paying by card

the worst barber ever
