DISAPOINTED - Colorado Adams Customer Service TEAM
I have been a die hard Adams customer for a very long time but I guess as success grows with everything the little details get left behind and can cause big disappointments I recently placed an order for an item that was for my sons birthday He like me is big into the car scene and have followed my lead on using Adams products for his very own car I got him the wash bucket full set which includes the seat cover grit filter and the wheel caddy the box showed up I presented it to him and realized the wheel caddy was not sent I was so bummed out This was a birthday present for him and now its just sitting incomplete in the middle of our living room waiting on the caddy The call to customer service - nothing short of a disaster the first agent and his boss WENT STRAIGHT INTO DEFENSE MODE NEITHER had any clue on how to properly diffuse the situation and listen comprehend navigate and articulate an option to make things right Insult to injury was there was a big bold statement printed on my order receipt that said this package was checked and QAQC by with a signature So clearly there are gaps in that system All I was told that there was no shipping on a weekend and I had to wait till Tuesday to receive the item and we will refund back your 5 dollars shipping I expressed to the young man that I fulfilled my side of the arrangement we had I paid Adams in full and in return Adams did not send me all of my goods so they have faltered on the agreement contract entered with me and now added more delay and refusing to admit their shortcomings Don t get on the defensive listen and admit that things were not done properly and I m not just a customer calling to rant things are wrong and I want you to know so you can put things in place to correct it In the end I got no where and left empty handed and my son still has not gotten the stuff I ordered In the end I realize that the world has definitely changed and the human factor in customer service has become abrasive and uncompassionate For me I hope that the person that packed and QAQC the box plus the customer service agent and his boss is given additional additional training for immediate mitigation and future orders if not it will only continue and get worst Disappointed but will move on DCHouston

Terrible customer service
I purchased Adams wheel rubber cleaner and a tire brush I contacted Adams customer service line to ask for solutions for the way my tires turned out Christian the customer service representative was quit condescending and not helpful at all I asked for a credit and he started educating me on how Adams have tested their products hundreds of times without any problems He then told me that I must have applied it incorrectly At this point I was disappointed in Christian s lack of customer service and upset that he was telling me it was my fault and wouldn t give me any solutions to fix the problem After 10 emails back and forth I requested a refund for the products that I had purchased not because they didn t work but because Christian who represents Adams was condescending unhelpful and basically calling me a liar I can t vouch for the products because Christian wouldn t give me a credit try to rectify the situation or give me any advice on how to fix the brown tires

Time for me to find another brand
Their products are worth checking into and I love their wheel cleaner however their customer support department is absolutely the worst I ve ever dealt with Manipulative gaslighting type of things I currently am unable to order products bc it won t allow me to go to my cart on their page Instead of helping to fix the issue Christian has just taken me in circles about the discounts only applying to certain items and how even tho I refreshed and went to a new web page I was still on that web page that was 2 weeks old He never once addressed the actual issue or tried to help in anyway Before this occurrence as few months back I had ordered a blanket which I received a back order slip about When I reached out the guy working the customer support Charles did everything but call me a liar until I showed him all the evidence that I in fact was not lying I also never received that blanket and was given my money back because they sold out and over looked me I own and operate a detailing business I start with Adams and use them for my business But after the constant ignorance from a department designed to help people not degrade them I believe I ll be switching all products away from adams P S seems like wonderful interior option and much cheaper It blows my mind how any business that treats its customers this way could remain open and successful

Ordered over 200 worth of products
Ordered over 200 worth of products which should have arrived within 7 days based on adams ETA Package never came I contacted them and they said it would be shipped again package must have gotten lost another week passes and I contact them they say order was never put in to be reshipped now they say they will overnight it and it has been 3 days since they said that and it finally arrived I will never order again from them if it is this unreliable These products were for my new car and I had to wait almost a month just to be able to detail my new car If adams really cared about your car they would rectify their shipping and handling woes to get you what you need quicker to take care of your vehicle I also have used some of their other products purchased off Amazon and reviewed those specifically and they are not the best but hopefully the products I purchased directly from them work as intended we will see wish me luck as Adams polishes is about money as any business should be but customers are your money and if you dont treat them right you will eventually lose your money

Adams Polishes are so bad
Adams Polishes were horrible I paid upwards of 300 for a ceramic coating that after about 1 week oxidised and ruined my whole car I do not recommend this product and hope that no body else buys it

The hose on the 2nd Adam s car dryer
The hose on the 2nd Adam s car dryer has started to pop off on every use I purchased the dryer in 2021 summer and had the initial problem hose pop off the hose pops off the connection to the dryer unit This is the second hose that does the same thing pops off the dryer The hose need to have a swivel at the dryer unit where the hose connects The hose also needs to have a shut off at the discharge you must walk back to the dryer to shut it off a place to wind the cord would be nice With some better engineering the dryer would be excellent as it stands it is just a nuisance Looking to go with Metro vac

Terrible CS and company
Great products if they have them in stock AFTER ORDERING Out of five orders I ve placed twice they are all of the sudden out of stock even though their website states exact numbers of in stock items Don t expect to have what you order to actually ship On a second note ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE Don t expect much Except for rude sales people who expect you to know everything about their products They make you feel like you re inconveniencing them All they care about is volume not customers

Terrible Customer Service
My package was delivered to the wrong house The address was correct but FedEx wasn t paying attention Anyway When I finally received the package it had been opened I explained this to Adams in an email They asked for photos of everything that was in the package I complied but never got a definitive answer if I received everything I paid for I wanted the ceramic finish and all I got was a flashlight some cloths 1 4oz bottle of surface prep and a 4 ozl bottle of Graphene boost certainly not enough for my truck My original question was never answered so no I requested a return authorization I m not paying over 100 00 for some rags and 8 oz of soap

Excellent products but customer service Horrible
I love their products and have used them for years but recently I had an issue with a product No problem I reached out to their customer service and to my dismay HORRIBLE customer service They are rude and quick to blame the customer instead of offering any kind of advice or anything useful Just point the finger and move on Customer service is just as important as the product itself I will be sadly replacing Adams in my shop with a company that has both a good product and good customer service to stand by it Sorry Adam

Love the products but not the support
Love the products but not the support I made 2 orders on their websites within 2 days They decided to send the 2 orders within 1 FedEx tracking number which is ok But it then appeared that there was a Master tracking number and the general one I was delivered with a general one But for my persnoal reasons I wasn t the one who received the package and the person who I asked to do it is not allowed to check the parcel Yet Adam s don t know what s in that parcel They say we don t have such a tracking number and don t want to do anything
