I have been trying freedom for perimenopausal symptoms am on the contraceptive pill and I have found a real benefit in it helping with my mood anxiety and also my leg symptoms aching and tingling I have it in smoothies and it tastes fine in those type of drinks but I think it may be a bit overpowering for tea etc I have also found Jodie and Paris very responsive to any enquires and very helpful

I have been using Harmony to try to improve my cycle and pms symptoms as I have PCOS So far I ve been really impressed with its positive effects My last few cycles have been more regular and less bloating I find it easy to take in my morning smoothie and is now part of my morning routine Will definitely keep using and would recommend

I decided to leave another review as I have now been using Freedom for 5 months and noticed more positive changes It helped a lot with breast tenderness I sleep a lot better no hot flashes waking me up My focus has improved as well Really happy with this product

Customer service has been great Whenever I message with a question or I need to change my subscription deliveries they are quick to respond The product is great and the jars they come in are beautiful I m hoping that soon there will be a refill option as I feel bad not being able to repurpose the jar I have to throw them into recycling I do feel so much better after starting to use Freedom
