Very poor customer relations Offensive

I have been to Adendorff Port Elizabeth twice in the last year to purchase a tool and on both occasions was treated with disrespect by both the manager and his assistant at checkout The manager is either incompetent when shown a picture of the tool I needed was told that the store did not sell it I personally located the tool in the store or a fascist He refused to converse in english even though he spoke english to other customers On a previous occasion the assistant also at checkout was downright rude and hostile for no apparent reason
