I m extremely disappointed with the customer service at AdGlare Despite their website claiming that they respond to messages within 24 hours my experience has been the complete opposite I reached out to them regarding a DMCA issue which is highly urgent and requires immediate attention However it has been several days and I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from their team What s particularly frustrating is that AdGlare positions itself as a company that respects copyright laws and adheres to DMCA guidelines Yet when I needed their support the most on a critical DMCA matter they simply ignored my request This lack of communication is unacceptable especially for a company that claims to take these issues seriously Given their failure to respond I seriously question whether AdGlare truly cares about protecting copyrights or if their claims are just for show If you have urgent matters particularly related to DMCA do not rely on AdGlare they have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy in addressing serious concerns
