I have had a lifetime of questions answered by a loving empathetic intelligent woman named Sally To be able to talk candidly without feeling lost or uncomfortable during my lengthy assessment was enlightening My experiences with MH services have not always been good certainly not as thorough I am looking forward now with the help support I ve needed for most of my 66yrs on this earth I wish to say thank you for the kindness hopefulness I now feel moving forward Sincerely Irene

Great service

The service from start to finish was great The staff were really helpful and made accessing the service welcoming and easy I would highly recommend to anyone who is awaiting diagnosis The clinician was lovely

I felt really safe to talk in my assessment My ADHD 360 assessor was extremely thorough and patient with me I am so pleased to have gone through this process to understand myself and get help for my behaviours

Right to Choose pathway for my teenage son

My son like so many young people has been on the CAMHS waiting list for 3 5 years now with no likelihood of being assessed for ADHD anytime soon I therefore started researching options online and discovered the Right to Choose pathway via ADHD 360 and I am so pleased I did I have to say I have been very impressed with the process with ADHD 360 - the initial estimated wait times were more or less accurate and whilst there is a lot of information and evidence to submit to them before the assessment can be booked I recognise this is what helps them to build an accurate picture and carry out their assessment in a thorough and professional way which can only be a good thing The assessment which was done via a video call was carried out by Rene who was very friendly professional and patient especially when my son needed a bit more help to understand some of the questions She answered all of my questions and provided clear next steps My son who has now finally received his diagnosis feels so much relief and is much more positive about his future

Good experience so far

I came to ADHD 360 via Right To Choose - the waiting time from referral to first contact was just under 20 weeks as advertised on the website at the time It took a further 4 weeks for appointments to become available My assessment was yesterday and the clinician was very knowledgeable and empathetic I felt that my experiences were really considered and that the clinician put the time in to read through the documents I submitted prior to the assessment I m having a good experience so far - now about to start titration period and have some follow-up calls

ADHD assessment for child

Our 8 year old Son had his ADHD assessment with Kate today Kate was so kind knowledgeable and professional She instantly put us all at ease and guided us through the assessment We felt listened too and are pleased to be starting a treatment plan to give our Son the help he needs Post assessment a letter was written for us to give to his school and we promptly received guidance on resources his treatment plan and much more Thanks Kate and ADHD 360
