I did my assessment and got an appointment the dr was on time She was lovely and I got medication prescribed The thing is don t do it if you are taking any other meds or have any underlying conditions especially mental ones

Highly Recommend

As with many folks with ADHD I ve been struggling with the recent Adderall shortage and both the support team and my regular provider have gone above and beyond to help me navigate the situation The customer service team is incredibly responsive and empathetic My regular provider also really knows the ins and outs of ADHD always takes her time with me and has been so kind and helpful I ve been using this platform for almost a year and only had one negative experience which was with someone I saw when my regular provider was unavailable but I don t believe this person is on the platform anymore From what I ve heard about other telehealth options for ADHD I feel like I REALLY lucked out finding ADHDonline and have and will continue to recommend it to fellow ADHD-havers

I can t say enough good things about this company I ve been here for about a year and I am completely convinced this is the way to go I ve seen 4 doctors over the years for my adhd and this is the easiest and most comprehensive way to go about it I live in GA and Dr Avery is the absolute best and most caring doctor I ve ever had I feel like she actually cares about me She asks me if my treatment is working and asks me questions to make sure I m happy with the treatment I have never in my life been treated so nice This website is so amazing It s on Webcam so you just meet with them every 3 months for medication management and they send it to my pharmacy Like I said I just can t say enough good things about the entire website and about my amazing doc You absolutely must try this out if you need adhd treatment It s soooo convenient

Very Convenient

It was impossible for me to get an appointment with a doctor in my area to discuss ADHD diagnosis and treatment This website made it easy to get assessed diagnosed and treated within a couple weeks It can sometimes be tough to get an appointment but my doctor has always been willing to bridge my prescription so I don t run out of my meds if I don t get an appointment before they re set run out The doctor I work with is kind and has helped me a lot with the process of finding the medication and dose that work for me If you re looking for a personal touch and a lot of attention from a doctor this may not be for you However if you re looking for convenience this can t be beat

Read This Before the Negative Reviews

Disregard a lot of the poor reviews ADHD online is very thorough in assessing for ADHD Just like all appointments you are assessed to rule out ADHD Once completed you will be provided a recommendation It is up to you to pursue treatment options If being medication an initial medication regimen may be started but again you need to pursue It is very clear the refills will only occur once every 30 days and you must be seen again in 30 days then every 90 days to ensure the script is appropriate May complaints regarding fees all these fees can be turned into your insurance company and they provide the itemized bill at completion of the assessment which they note 5 business days mine took only 2 I think alot of poor reviews is not reading the process and reimbursement strategies that the company has set up not looking through the turn around time requesting scripts too early etc If you are wanting instantaneous results and medication management after the initial assessment this is not for you Overall very positive experience with this company so far and the results provided

ADHD GREAT ORGANIZATION UNFAIR REVIEWS

Hello I do not understand all of these very nasty and vicious negative reviews concerning ADHD Online These reviews do not accurately describe the organization I have been with for over two years Are they Flawless No but what company is They do not deserve all of this criticism I can tell you I would not have stayed with them all this time if they were anything remotely what you describe in your review My assessment went well very professional I had been tested twice before and I genuinely have a very severe case of this horrible disorder Maybe this is the issue Could the Doctor have picked up that you really did not suffer from ADHD and you were upset I do not know I am just guessing My experience has been great overall I do get very frustrated when it takes a week to have a refill processed but I found out today that this has to do with the provider and not customer service Customer service does their job in sending the request on to the provider but they have No control at all as to when the Doctor might send the prescription into the pharmacy Once this was explained to me I felt so much better and a little foolish for not figuring this out for myself earlier It makes sense Economically this organization is a great value They just went up this week to 169 I have been paying 99 dollars for a 3 month prescription Not bad at all very cheap 169 is still a great value compared to 275 per month from a local doctor in a near by city an hour away from my location The only thing you must do is allot One whole week to have your free no payment month called in Naturally these are not a high priority for a very busy doctor but they will get to it No worries I used to wear poor customer service out but now I understand what a complete waste of time that has been It is not their fault Just be patient and put yourself in the Doctors shoes and you will chill out On the Whole I give them Five Stars Thank You
