Out of 10 I would give them 1 for online order processing shipping and customer service when you try to follow up with order was meant to be deliver in 6-7 days but ends up two weeks I called to follow up Adidas said wait for another week I explained them I am going overseas and needed shoes for that And guy says follow up with Australian post How can I follow up when its s in transit and it is not coming up with Australian post Useless

Adidas provides very poor service and poor customer relations
The Adidas online store made the wrong return label for a defective product After which the courier delivery service PostNord lost the parcel 97246631589SE Adidas does not solve this problem and does not issue refunds I wrote about 10 complaints Adidas gives formal answers and does not return money for defective goods All potential buyers should think twice before purchasing anything from Adidas Very bad service and bad attitude towards customers

6 week wait for the order to actually
6 week wait for the order to actually be packed - unbelievable Questioned on several occasions and they said they have people working 24 7 - hard to believe Also returned part of the order which was received by them over a week ago and upon questioning why the refund couldn t be processed right away like other online services they said it takes up to 28 days Won t be using them again

Customer service is so slow it s basically non existent I bought a pair of leggings and runners a few months ago Within 6 weeks of minimal wear leggings fabric falling apart and fly knit runners developed holes Quality seems as poor as their customer service I won t ever buy adidas again

Absolutely Disgusting Bought a product was offered to be post it in 2 3 days Here we are 2 weeks later they haven t eve process my order Contact Customers Services and nothing they can do as they are not base in Australia In my Adidas account have no option for refunds as I don t need the product any more Adidas Australia SHAME ON YOU Absolutely Terrible experience this Tume never again Yeah i no you don t Care about Customers Experience and Reviews

Unprofessional Misleading
At time of order it says 1-2 business days for dispatch very clearly on their shipping page I have waited over 2 weeks and no representative is able to tell me when the order is being shipped They blame they have a high volume of orders and are waiting for the courier to pick up Yet they can not escalate or do anything about it such as simply putting it on the same days pick up Extremely misleading to not have any mention of such delays on the website and to not give any kind of reassurance as to when the order will be dispatched Very poor and unprofessional for a global brand

I am writing to formally address an issue regarding my recent online purchase through your website On 01 12 2024 I placed an order for the Adidas Campus 00s Back Size 10 US at the promotional price of 68 during your Black Friday sale Unfortunately on 04 12 2024 I received a notification that my order had been canceled without any justification Upon contacting your customer service team I was informed that the cancellation was due to a lack of stock However I noticed that the same product remains available for purchase on your website at the full price which raises serious concerns about misleading advertising and a potential breach of consumer rights Offering a 10 voucher as compensation for this issue is unacceptable It does not address the primary concern which is your failure to honor the agreed-upon transaction As per consumer protection laws businesses are obligated to 1 Honor advertised prices 2 Avoid deceptive practices including advertising products that are not genuinely available at the promotional price To resolve this matter I expect the product to be provided at the original advertised price of 68 as per the terms of the promotion during which I made the purchase

Delivery times are a lie
Ordered a pair of shoes and a hoodie 5 days ago Delivery times stated at purchase were 2-3 business days to pack and 2-3 business days to arrive As of today it still hasn t been picked and packed and the excuse I have received like everyone else is we are busy So is every other retailer at the moment but ordered product from all the others is arriving within a week each time Reading the reviews this is fairly common so perhaps they just don t care
